This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to support the smooth running of transport, logistics, and supply chain activities.The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating deliveries, maintaining accurate records, liaising with customers and suppliers, and providing administrative support to ensure operational efficiency.

Your New Role

• Coordinating and monitoring shipments, deliveries, and collections.
• Processing transport documentation and maintaining accurate records.
• Liaising with customers, suppliers, drivers, and internal departments.
• Tracking orders and providing updates on delivery schedules.
• Raising purchase orders and processing invoices where required.
• Managing logistics queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Updating and maintaining ERP, transport, or warehouse management systems.
• Producing reports and ensuring data accuracy.
• Supporting stock control and inventory administration.
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures and transport regulations.
• Providing general administrative support to the operations team.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Previous experience within a logistics, transport, supply chain, distribution, or administrative environment.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Experience using transport management systems, WMS, or ERP systems would be advantageous.
