You’ll work with the class teacher to support individuals and small groups, prepare resources and help children take part in lessons. Your contribution could be guiding a reading activity, checking instructions have been understood or helping pupils approach a task with more confidence. The everyday work matters Relevant experience includes: * Direct work with primary-aged children in a school, nursery, childcare or other suitable setting. * Helping children follow instructions, participate in activities and develop independence. * Working alongside others to support children’s learning or development. * An understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries.
