Business Development Executive - Field Sales

North of England | £35,000 - £45,000 DOE + Excellent Commission

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development / Field Sales Executive to help grow our presence within the bodyshop market across the North of England.

You don't necessarily need bodyshop or automotive experience. We are open to experienced field sales professionals from any sector who are confident winning new business, building relationships and managing their own territory.

The Role

You will be responsible for identifying new bodyshop opportunities, developing relationships with owners and key decision-makers, and introducing them to our range of services.

Our proposition includes:

• 400+ vehicle fleet supporting our Credit Hire offering.
• Credit Repair package generating an average additional £600 per repair, with repairs paid within 24 hours.
• Free digital marketing support, including professionally produced video content for bodyshops to use across their social media and marketing channels.
• Industry-leading commission packages on hires secured.
• Dedicated in-house marketing and design team generating warm leads and enquiries.
• Plans to soon place repair work directly back into our bodyshop network.

About You

We're looking for a proven B2B field sales professional who is confident generating new business and building long-term commercial relationships.

Experience within bodyshop, automotive, Credit Hire, insurance or accident management would be beneficial but is not essential.

You should be:

• Driven, commercially focused and target-orientated.
• Confident dealing with business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Comfortable with face-to-face sales and managing your own territory.
• A strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
• Motivated by a strong commission and earning opportunity.
• A full UK driving licence holder.
