Forklift Telehandler Location: Crocus Homes, Norwich Salary: Competitive We’re looking for a reliable, safety-focused Forklift Telehandler to keep our construction site moving efficiently. What you’ll be doing: * Safely operate a forklift/telehandler to move, load and unload materials, plant and equipment across site. * Keep trades supplied with the right materials at the right time to maintain an efficient workflow. * Complete daily equipment checks, report defects promptly and maintain safe, organised storage areas. * Support site logistics, including traffic management and safe lifting operations in line with method statements and risk assessments. * Work closely with site management, subcontractors and suppliers, and oversee day-to-day site activity when the Site Manager or Head of Construction is absent. What you’ll bring: * A valid, in-date CPCS or NPORS Telehandler/Forklift qualification and a valid CSCS card. * Previous telehandler experience on a construction site; residential development experience is an advantage. * Strong knowledge of site health and safety requirements and the confidence to follow procedures carefully. * Clear communication skills, reliability and a practical, team-focused approach. * A full UK driving licence and willingness to support general site duties when required If you’re a reliable, safety-focused Forklift Telehandler ready to help deliver high-quality homes across Norfolk, we’d love to hear from you.
