Conveyancer – Leeds

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a nationally recognised and growing conveyancing practice.

This newly created role offers a capped caseload of around 60 files, allowing you to focus on quality client service while handling a varied mix of residential property transactions.

You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, primarily handling freehold sales and purchases, with some leasehold, shared ownership and new-build work.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing residential sale and purchase files
• Conducting title checks and preparing property reports
• Handling enquiries and liaising with clients and third parties
• Agreeing exchange and completion dates
• Completing AML and Source of Funds checks
• Reviewing leases and assisting with leasehold matters
