Contract Recruitment Consultant Junior to Principal | Social Work Recruitment | Leaders in Care Some recruitment vacancies offer you a desk to build. This one offers the chance to work a patch that has consistently ranked among the three highest-performing desks in the business. We’re looking for a Contract Recruitment Consultant to join our social work team at Leaders in Care, supporting children’s and adults’ services across the UK. Social work was the founding team of our contract division 6 years ago. Since then, the division has broken every company record, won multiple Team of the Year awards and seen consultants achieve three promotions in a year. Every one of the business’s record-breaking consultants is on this team. You’ll work alongside people who know how to win business, build lasting relationships and deliver results. The opportunity is proven. You’ll need the drive to make the most of it. We operate off-framework, building direct relationships with clients and winning business through the quality of our service. Picking up the phone, opening doors and giving clients a reason to work with us are essential parts of the job. Social work recruitment experience would be ideal. We’re equally open to a strong business developer from another recruitment market who can demonstrate a track record of winning clients and growing a desk. Ideally, you’ll also bring contract recruitment experience. You’ll have experienced colleagues to help you learn the market, understand the challenges facing services and turn those conversations into placements. The culture is straightforward: high standards, clear expectations and support from people who lead by example. No admin for the sake of admin, and no pointless KPIs that reward activity without results. You’ll be trusted to do your job, with access to technology, training and an experienced leadership team to help you progress. The refurbished office is in Ancoats/Northern Quarter, surrounded by some of Manchester’s best coffee shops, restaurants and bars, with excellent transport links. In return, you’ll get: Salary dependent on experience and billing record. Commission with no thresholds. Quarterly growth bonuses. Quarterly achievers events. Company holidays. A clear progression plan from Consultant through to Principal and leadership. 24 days annual leave, plus time off between Christmas and New Year. Star Days for overperformance. Gym flexitime. EMI Share Scheme. A consistently high-performing patch, a team full of proven billers and a market where good recruitment helps essential services find the people they need.
