In this role you will be the voice of our clients, delivering outstanding customer support through inbound and outbound calls, email management, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities * Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. * Respond to high volumes of emails accurately and efficiently. * Maintain accurate data entry and meet quality standards. * Meet daily and weekly performance targets. * Escalate issues in line with company procedures. * Support additional campaigns as required
