Skills needed

• Lead a small residential team day to day
• Strong on Ofsted Quality Standards and safeguarding
• Build a settled, therapeutic home for young people

Experience needed

• Leadership or supervisory experience in children’s residential care
• Level 3 Residential Childcare, Level 5 or working towards
• Solid understanding of Ofsted regulations
