Dovetail Recruitment are delighted to be working with a professional business in Camberley who are looking for a friendly, professional and organised Receptionist / Front of House professional to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, reception or office support who is looking to move into a professional office environment, develop their skills and enjoy a great Monday-to-Friday work/life balance.

You don't need extensive office experience for this role. If you have at least 6 months' experience in a customer-facing environment, enjoy providing excellent service and are confident dealing with customers, clients and visitors, this could be an ideal next step in your career.

As the first point of contact for clients, visitors and suppliers, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. Alongside reception and customer service, you'll support the wider office with administration and facilities-related duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and suppliers, providing a professional and welcoming reception service.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Manage the reception and front-of-house area, ensuring consistently high standards are maintained.
• Support the day-to-day running of the office, including meeting room bookings, office moves and general administration.
• Receive and distribute client post and parcels.
• Assist with scanning, copying and other general office administration tasks.
• Monitor office supplies and arrange restocking when required.
• Monitor cleanliness and standards across reception, communal areas and office facilities.
• Complete regular health and safety checks, including weekly fire alarm testing.
• Ensure services are recharged correctly and relevant procedures are followed.
• Help maintain a professional, organised and welcoming environment for clients, visitors and colleagues.

About You

We're looking for a friendly, professional and reliable individual who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

You will ideally have at least 6 months' experience in one or more of the following:

• Reception / Receptionist
• Front of House
• Customer Service
• Client Services
• Retail
• Hospitality
• Office Administration
• Office Support
• Facilities

You'll also have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional and approachable manner.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A reliable and proactive approach to your work.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Confidence dealing with customers, clients, visitors and colleagues.
• A full driving licence, due to the location.

Previous office experience is not essential. This role could be particularly well suited to someone currently working in retail, hospitality or customer service who is ready to move into a professional office environment and develop their career.
