Freelance Site Manager Required in Central London GVR Solutions are currently working alongside a well-established commercial interior contractor, who are seeking a Site Manager to join them on ongoing Cat A and Cat B shell and core refurbishment projects in London. As a business, they focus on Commercial and Retail refurbishments and fit-outs, within a 10 mile radius of London. They are looking for a Site Manager to join their team on an ongoing contract. The Site Manager must have/be: * Proven experience delivering commercial or retail fit-out and refurbishment projects * Minimum of 5+ years experience in Site Management * Ability to oversee day-to-day site operations and subcontractors * Strong health & safety awareness and site compliance knowledge * Excellent communication and leadership skills * SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work * Able to deliver the project to programme and quality expectations If you are interested in the Site Manager role above, then please get in touch
