Job Description – Skilled Groundworker 📍 Location: IP17 1UT 📅 Start Date: Monday 2 November 2026 💷 Rate: £24 per hour 💼 Payment: CIS Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and reliable Skilled Groundworker to join our team on a project based in IP17 1UT, starting Monday 2 November 2026. Key Responsibilities * Must have CSCS * Must have experience in all aspects of ground works from foundations, Drainage and kerb laying * Carry out general groundworks duties on site. * Install drainage, ducting and underground services where required. * Undertake excavation, foundations, concreting and kerbing. * Read and follow site drawings and instructions. * Operate relevant tools and equipment safely. * Maintain high standards of health and safety on site. * Work effectively as part of a team and meet project deadlines. Requirements * Proven experience as a skilled groundworker. * Good understanding of construction site health and safety. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Relevant CSCS card and qualifications where required. * Reliable, punctual and hardworking
