About the Role Join a specialist industrial electrical engineering and automation company based near Edinburgh, delivering bespoke automation and control system solutions across a wide range of industries. Job Responsibilities * PLC programming, testing and troubleshooting. * Developing and supporting HMI and SCADA systems. * Fault-finding and maintaining industrial machinery and control systems. * Assisting with the design and development of automation systems. * Testing and commissioning industrial control systems. * Working alongside engineers and technicians on automation projects. * Producing technical documentation and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Requirements * Minimum 3 years' PLC programming experience. * Experience with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi or Schneider PLCs. * Good understanding of industrial automation and control systems. * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Must be within commuting distance of Loanhead, Edinburgh. * Must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship
