This 6-month role is ideal for someone with a recent IT qualification or experience. You’ll provide frontline IT support and handle switchboard duties, with independent work after a 1-month training period. Key Responsibilities: * Provide first-line IT support to NHS staff * Required to cover the Service Desk call volume * Work shifts between 08:00 and 20:00, Monday to Friday along with weekends and bank holidays. Ideal Candidate: * IT experience. * “A-Level” or equivalent education in IT. * Confident, reliable, and able to work independently
