Sales Coordinator
Warwick | £30,000 per annum | 40 hours per week | Fully office based.
Monday to Friday.
Ever wondered how a great brand idea ends up in someone’s hand on a supermarket shelf?
Behind every bold new product there’s a team making it happen, and at the heart of that team is someone who keeps the whole thing moving. That could be you.
Our client is a fast growing, high tech manufacturer in Leamington Spa, working with some of the most creative and exciting brands in the UK. Their customers range from first time founders with a big dream to well known names, and every one of them cares deeply about how their brand looks and feels. It’s a business built on innovation, design and doing things differently, and it’s growing fast.
They’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to be the first friendly voice new customers hear, and the calm, organised link between the sales team and the production floor.
Your day to day
You’ll take new enquiries, get to know each customer, ask the right questions, and assess the size of the opportunity. Smaller customers you’ll look after yourself, walking them through an intuitive online ordering platform and helping them from their first sample to their first order and beyond. When something big lands, you’ll spot it early and hand it to the Head of Sales or Business Development Manager.
Along the way you’ll:
Keep the sales pipeline accurate and up to date in the CRM
Prepare quotes and keep customer pricing right in the ERP system
Share technical documents and answer first questions on specifications, artwork and lead times
Keep customers in the loop on orders, deliveries and anything that changes
Follow up complaints, organise samples and help out at the odd trade show or customer visit (around 3 to 5 times a year)
You’ll be a great fit if you’re
Unflappable. Fifteen things on the go doesn’t faze you. You know what’s urgent, what’s important and what can wait.
A people person. You’re warm, clear and confident on the phone and on email, and you genuinely listen.
A team player. You get a buzz from helping others succeed and don’t need the spotlight.
Organised and accurate. Systems, data and detail are your friends, and you pick up new software quickly.
Curious about brands. You understand that a brand is personal to the people who build it.
Experience that helps
