Operations Manager

West London | £40,000 - £45,000 + 10% Bonus | Permanent

An experienced Operations Manager is required to lead the delivery of multiple large-scale projects within a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operational delivery across multiple projects.
• Oversee logistics, suppliers, budgets and project timelines.
• Lead tender processes, contract negotiations and service provider relationships.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements and best practice.
• Maintain operational plans, reporting and CRM systems.
• Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Manage and develop team members where applicable.

Skills & Experience

• 4+ years' experience in operations within conferences, exhibitions, events or similar project-led environments.
• Strong project management and budget management experience.
• Proven supplier negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety processes and compliance.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• IOSH certification required.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• AutoCAD knowledge beneficial.
