My client is an award winning and highly regarded occupational pensions consultancy with a successful SIPP / SSAS division. Due to growth they currently seek an experienced Relationship / Development manager to develop and generate their market leading SIPP / SSAS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial advisers, investment partners and key intermediaries.
• Manage and develop key accounts, maximising commercial opportunities.
• Educate clients regarding SIPP and SSAS products and how they may suit clients.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across the pensions and wealth sectors.
• Analyse market and adviser data to identify business development prospects.
• Create engaging marketing and communications content.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Collaborate with technical, administration and operational teams to deliver excellent client outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge of the UK financial adviser market.
• Proven business development, and relationship management experience.
• Experience within pensions, SIPP, SSAS or wider financial services is highly desirable.
• Excellent networking, presentation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organised and target-driven approach.
• Ability to build credibility and influence at all levels.
