Process Mapping Specialist Map processes. Improve efficiency. Enable operational excellence. The Process Mapping Specialist plays a key role within MBNL's Quality Assurance & Operational Excellence function, supporting MBNL's transformation into an Infrastructure Manager. Working across the organisation, the role leads process discovery, documentation, and standardisation activities to improve efficiency, strengthen governance, and enable more effective ways of working. Through close collaboration with stakeholders, the role translates complex business activities into clear, structured, and actionable process models that support operational performance and continuous improvement. This role provides the process insight, documentation, and expertise needed to support transformation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the organisation. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week in our Central Reading office. What you'll be here to do; * Lead process discovery workshops with process owners and stakeholders to understand and document end‑to‑end ways of working * Capture and document business processes, including activities, decisions, controls, systems, and stakeholder interactions * Produce high‑quality BPMN 2.0 process models using agreed standards, tools, and governance requirements * Translate existing processes into improved future-state processes that enhance efficiency, control, and compliance * Document business rules, process interfaces, dependencies, and decision logic to support consistency and governance * Identify process improvement opportunities, bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies * Maintain and enhance the MBNL Process Landscape, ensuring clear ownership, version control, and governance * Develop supporting process documentation, guidance, and materials that help embed new ways of working * Manage multiple process mapping initiatives simultaneously while delivering high‑quality outputs at pace * Support leaders and operational teams in adopting process improvements and best practice Who we're looking for; * Strong experience in process mapping, business process analysis, or operational improvement roles * Strong BPMN 2.0 process modelling capability across both current and future-state processes * Experience using process modelling tools such as GBTEC BIC, Visio, or equivalent platforms * Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills * Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability with a continuous improvement mindset * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality outputs within challenging timescales * Experience producing and maintaining large volumes of process documentation * Experience working across complex organisational environments, ideally with exposure to telecommunications or infrastructure operations If you also have the following, we'd especially like to hear from you; * Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement qualifications or experience * Experience facilitating Kaizen or process improvement workshops * Knowledge of process governance, controls, risk, and compliance frameworks * Experience with process mining, workflow automation, or business process management tools * Data analysis experience using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms * Experience within telecommunications, infrastructure, or other asset‑intensive industries Project People is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
