An established independent Sales and Lettings agency is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator with a proven track record in residential property sales and the confidence to take ownership of the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion.
This is a position for a capable and commercially minded estate agent who can lead by example, negotiate confidently, identify opportunities to increase business and deliver an exceptional level of service. The successful candidate will be professional, articulate and well-presented, with the experience and personality to make a real contribution to the team.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Sales Negotiator:
- Taking ownership of the sales process and driving transactions through to completion
- Leading negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales
- Maximising conversion rates and contributing towards branch sales targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients
- Identifying opportunities to generate new business and increase market share
- Conducting property viewings and providing informed feedback and advice
- Supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge and experience within the sales team
- Ensuring all sales administration, compliance and customer service standards are maintained

- Proven experience in residential estate agency sales, ideally at Senior Negotiator level
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and converting valuations into instructions
- Excellent negotiation, influencing and closing skills
- Confident managing the sales process from offer through to completion
- Strong commercial awareness and business development ability
- Professional communication skills with a confident and engaging manner
- Self-motivated, organised and proactive, with the ability to take initiative
- Smart, articulate and well-presented
- Knowledge of Chipping Norton and the surrounding area desirable
- Full UK driving licence and own car required
