I'm working with an established and successful wealth management business in the Glasgow area that's looking to welcome an ambitious Financial Adviser to its growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone in the early stages of their advice career, offering an established client bank of approximately £30–40 million in assets under management, alongside the support of an experienced team.

The Opportunity

You'll take responsibility for developing relationships with an existing portfolio of clients, providing high-quality financial advice and identifying opportunities to grow the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting client meetings and annual reviews
• Providing advice across pensions, investments and financial planning
• Building long-term relationships with existing clients
• Identifying new business and referral opportunities
• Working closely with the wider team to deliver excellent client service

About You

Ideally, you'll be:

• Level 4 Diploma qualified in Financial Planning
• Signed off as a Competent Adviser within your current or previous firm
• Around 1–2 years into your career as a qualified Financial Adviser
• Confident building relationships and managing client meetings
• Ambitious, personable and keen to develop your career
