We're looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join a successful and supportive team in High Wycombe.

In this role, you'll be speaking with existing and lapsed customers, making outbound calls to maintain relationships, provide excellent service, update customer information, and identify opportunities to reconnect customers with the company's products and services. This is not a hard sales position, making it ideal for someone with a background in customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, or telesales.

What You'll Be Doing

• Making outbound calls to existing and previous customers
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate support
• Updating customer records and information accurately
• Re-engaging lapsed customers and discussing current products and services
• Delivering an excellent customer experience on every call
• Working closely with the wider team to achieve customer service objectives
