The Team Teach is a recruitment agency specialising in SEN education, supporting schools and educational settings across a range of roles.

We are currently looking to hear from individuals with experience working with children and young people, particularly those with experience supporting additional needs, including:

• ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder)
• ADHD
• SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health)
• SLCN (Speech, Language & Communication Needs)

The Role:

• Providing 1:1 and personalised support
• Provide support within small groups of children
• Adapt activities and learning to meet the pupil's individual needs
• Work closely with the class teacher and wider SEN team
