Reed Procurement are delighted to be supporting a leading international organisation in their search for a Procurement Coordinator to join their London team.

This role will focus on sourcing and coordinating parts, spares, chemicals, and operational supplies for large scale industrial projects, working closely with suppliers, technical teams, project managers, and logistics providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities from sourcing through to delivery.
• Obtain quotations and negotiate with suppliers.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders accordingly.
• Track orders and resolve supply chain issues.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting.

About You

• Previous procurement, purchasing, buying, or supply chain experience.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Commercially minded with good negotiation skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience within manufacturing, engineering, logistics, or international procurement is advantageous.
