The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role Working alongside an Associate Quantity Surveyor, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will have an array of projects to get involved in, including healthcare, leisure/sport, office and data centres. The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for taking projects from inception to completion with support of a highly talented team of Apprentice and Assistant Quantity Surveyors. The Senior Quantity Surveyor Completed a Quantity Surveying degree. Ideally MRICS Minimum of 6 years quantity surveying experience Worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice Excellent pre and post contract experience Comfortable running a project from start to finish In Return? £65,000 - £75,000 Discretionary bonus Pension 28 days annual leave + bank holidays Pension Private Medical insurance Annual RICS fees covered.
