Become an Essential Part of a Busy Customer Service Team

As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, supporting with order enquiries, delivery updates, and resolving issues efficiently. You'll work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure customers receive a seamless service from start to finish.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and internal systems.
• Investigating and tracking customer orders and delivery queries.
• Managing claims relating to lost, delayed, or damaged parcels.
• Liaising with carriers and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Keeping customer records and systems accurate and up to date.
• Providing regular updates and ensuring customer issues are resolved to completion.
• Supporting colleagues across customer service and operations during busy periods.
• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks as required.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within customer service, administration, or a similar office-based role.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A highly organised approach with strong attention to detail.
