We're supporting a major banking transformation programme and are looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst to support a portfolio of strategic change initiatives across customer onboarding, financial crime and operational transformation.
This is a hybrid delivery role combining project management, business analysis and stakeholder engagement, working across product, operations, technology and data teams to drive critical business outcomes.
Key Requirements
5+ years' experience within Banking or Financial Services
Strong experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst or hybrid PM/BA
Experience delivering complex business transformation programmes
Strong requirements gathering and business analysis capability
Experience developing delivery plans, roadmaps and governance structures
Ability to manage risks, dependencies and multiple workstreams
Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams
Exposure to KYC, onboarding, financial crime or regulated environments would be highly beneficial
