Robert Walters is recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist to join an established business in Stockport. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in sales or account management who enjoys building relationships and wants to move into a more customer-focused role, with a commercial edge.

The Role

• Build strong customer relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience.

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email, resolving queries efficiently.

• Process orders and maintain accurate customer records.

• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell where appropriate.

• Work towards team and individual KPIs while maintaining high service standards.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in sales, account management or customer service.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship building.

• Comfortable working towards targets, with an eye for commercial opportunities.
