Are you a confident communicator with solid commercial office experience who enjoys helping customers make informed financial decisions? Do you thrive in a professional environment where accuracy, organisation and relationship-building matter? Are you looking to progress your career in financial services — ideally with CeMAP or working towards it?
If you’re ready for a step up into a more advisory-focused role, this position offers full training, structured development and a clear pathway into becoming a fully qualified Finance Advisor.
The Role
You’ll join a growing financial services team, supporting customers with financial insurance and protection products. This role suits someone who already has commercial office experience — such as customer service, sales support, financial administration or compliance-based work — and now wants to move into a more advisory, client-focused position.
You’ll handle customer enquiries, prepare cases, explain products clearly, and support senior advisors while developing your own advisory capability.
