Signature Recruitment is seeking a Senior Administrator - Student Services Events to support a busy Higher Education team.

This is a six-month temporary assignment, paying £20.03 per hour plus holiday pay. The role is fully campus-based, with standard working hours of 9:00am–5:00pm. Some flexibility and extended hours will be required during key graduation delivery periods.

Senior Administrator - Student Services Events - The Role:

You will join a Student Services Events team and provide additional administrative support for graduation activity. The role combines student and stakeholder enquiries with detailed records administration, communications and practical event support.

Accuracy is particularly important, as you will work with student information, formal communications and materials that need to be carefully checked before distribution.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing high volumes of student and internal stakeholder enquiries through Outlook.
• Maintaining accurate student records using Excel, Word and SITS.
• Preparing, reviewing and proofreading graduation communications and event materials.
• Sending invitations and other student-facing communications.
• Supporting wider Student Services activity, including some counter-facing support.
• Assisting the wider team with graduation preparation and delivery during busy periods.

Senior Administrator - Student Services Events - Who We're Looking For:

• Previous Higher Education experience is essential.
• Previous SITS experience is essential.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and wider MS Office skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong proofreading ability.
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, flexible and collaborative approach.
• Salesforce experience would be beneficial.
• Experience supporting large-scale Higher Education events, such as graduations, enrolment or open days, would also be useful.
