Associate – Employment | Birmingham

The Opportunity

Your workload will include:

• Advising clients on a wide range of strategic employment law issues.
• Managing Employment Tribunal claims from initial instruction through to resolution.
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and workplace procedures.
• Supporting the employment aspects of corporate and commercial transactions.
• Handling data subject access requests and related compliance matters.
• Building strong and lasting client relationships.
• Contributing to business development through articles, seminars, networking events, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment law developments and sector trends.
