A leading healthcare organisation is looking to appoint a Project Manager to join its Business Improvement team.

Project Manager / £55,000 / 12 Month Fixed Term Contract / Bolton / Hybrid

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic transformation initiatives that improve both customer and employee experiences across a growing national business.

Working across operational, digital and service improvement programmes, you will take ownership of projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring objectives are achieved on time, within budget and to a high standard. You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to implement new ways of working, drive process improvements and support organisational growth.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end project delivery across operational and digital transformation initiatives.
• Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets and governance documentation.
• Identifying and managing project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings to drive engagement and alignment.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on track.
• Supporting process improvement and business change activities.
• Producing regular progress updates for stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Applying Agile and/or PRINCE2 methodologies to deliver successful outcomes.

About You

We're looking for a proven Project Manager with:

• At least 3 years' project management experience.
• A track record of delivering medium to large-scale transformation or digital projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing risks, budgets and project governance.
• PRINCE2 and/or Agile certification.

Desirable Experience

• Healthcare sector experience.
• Contact centre or customer service environment experience.

The role is a 12 month FTC, offering up to £55,000 based in on site in Bolton 2 - 3 days a week (the rest work from home). If you're interested, please apply below!
