Client Services Administrator - Investment Banking
Location: Cork City
Contract: 6 months
Work Setup: Onsite - 5 days in the office (9am-5:15pm)

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring employee share plans are administered accurately while delivering a high standard of client service.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, resolving issues and building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Process administrative activities, including data management, reconciliations, reporting and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, support system enhancements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business projects and ensure services are provided efficiently and in line with agreed standards.
• Support the wider team by maintaining compliance, meeting deadlines and contributing to a collaborative, client-focused environment.

What you bring

• Previous experience in a data entry, administration or client support role.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy and organisational skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience within financial services or a corporate environment is advantageous but not essential.
