Are you a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment? Do you enjoy solving real-world people challenges and building lasting relationships with business owners?

If you're commercially aware, adaptable, and love variety — we want to hear from you!

About Us

We’re a fast-growing outsourced HR consultancy based in Warwickshire, supporting small businesses across the West Midlands and beyond. Our clients trust us because we offer practical, no-nonsense HR advice that helps them stay compliant and people focused.

We’re a small team with big ambition — and we’re looking for an experienced HR Consultant who can hit the ground running and deliver excellent service.

The Role

This is a client-facing, field-based role. While you'll have a desk at our Warwick office, you’ll spend much of your time out supporting clients onsite across Warwickshire, providing proactive HR support tailored to each business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own portfolio of clients (including 2–3 larger accounts and several SMEs).
  • Provide clear, commercial HR advice on a wide range of matters.
  • Attend regular onsite meetings with clients — you’ll be the face of our service.
  • Handle day-to-day HR admin including letters, employee records, and compliance updates.
  • Coordinate and manage HR processes: onboarding, leavers, changes, probations, etc.
  • Deliver HR metrics, monthly reports, and payroll-related data.
  • Support with employee relations: note-taking, documentation, and guidance.
  • Keep policies, handbooks, and procedures up to date and compliant.
  • Participate in recruitment and project-based work as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong generalist HR experience, ideally with multiple clients or sectors.
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently, with a proactive mindset.
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail.
  • Confident using MS Office and HR systems.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across Warwickshire.

What You’ll Get

  • 31 days holiday (including bank holidays)
  • Commission for new client introductions
  • Investment in training and development
  • Friendly, supportive team environment
