Brighton College Prep School is seeking to appoint a Head of Admissions to start as soon as possible.

Head of Admissions Duties: Reporting directly to the Head and forming part of the Senior Management Team, you will provide inspiring, strategic leadership of the school’s admissions activities across the whole school. This is a high-profile role with a genuine commercial edge: you will help differentiate Brighton College Prep School in a competitive landscape, build the school’s reputation, and drive pupil recruitment through a bespoke, customer-focussed admissions journey. You will act as a key public face for the school, work closely with the Head of Marketing, lead and develop the Admissions Team, and strengthen relationships with the wider Brighton College family—ensuring our route into The College is clearly communicated and consistently delivered.

Head of Admissions Requirements:

• Proven experience in admissions, pupil recruitment or a sales/customer-focused environment, with a strong record of delivering measurable targets
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to be a credible ambassador to a wide range of audiences and cultures
• Strong data skills, including forecasting pupil roll and using insights to shape strategy and drive performance
• Experience using CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics) and confidence working with cloud-based MIS tools
• An understanding of, or transferable passion for, education ethos—paired with the ability to lead change, build relationships, and deliver best-in-class customer service
