MTrec are currently recruiting for a number of people for a position in the Gosforth area.
The Role
Working in a very fast working environment
Operate and oversee multiple production machines, ensuring they run efficiently and safely throughout the production process
Monitor production lines, maintain a consistent workflow and report any machinery issues, breakdowns or production delays to the appropriate supervisor
Transporting materials around the factory
Pick, pack, label and prepare finished products for storage or dispatch, ensuring orders are completed accurately and efficiently
General duties within a specialist workshop environment
Carry out visual inspections and quality checks on products, packaging and finished goods to ensure they meet company standards
Maintain a clean, organised and tidy workstation, ensuring production areas remain safe and free from hazards
Undertaking general workshop labouring tasks as required
Follow work instructions and procedures to ensure products are manufactured, handled and packed consistently
Following strict health and safety guidelines
