Description

• Create, format and maintain complex transaction documentation.
• Develop and manage precedent documents and template suites.
• Prepare finance documentation to a consistently high standard.
• Manage document styling, numbering, cross-references and formatting.
• Support lawyers with document amendments and version control.
• Produce comparison documents and manage drafting updates.
• Ensure documents are accurate, client-ready and delivered efficiently.
• Maintain records of template updates and drafting standards.
• Provide guidance on document production best practice.
• Assist with the delivery of large transaction document bundles.
• Prioritise competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Work closely with legal and business support teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.
• Deliver a responsive and high-quality internal support service.

Profile

• Advanced Microsoft Word skills, including complex formatting.
• Experience managing lengthy and detailed documentation.
