Looking for your next HR contract role? We're partnering with a global organisation to recruit a People Services Coordinator to join their People & Culture team on an initial 3-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator or HR Coordinator with payroll experience who enjoys a varied role that combines payroll, people operations and employee experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Processing payroll changes including starters, leavers, promotions, salary changes and transfers
• Supporting monthly payroll activity and ensuring data accuracy
• Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries
• Managing employee records and HR documentation
• Supporting benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding
• Assisting with employee events, inductions and wider People projects

What we're looking for:

• Previous HR administration or HR coordination experience
• Hands-on payroll processing or payroll administration experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience using HRIS and payroll systems
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
