Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an opportunity to make a genuine impact within a large and fast-paced manufacturing environment?

An established and well-respected manufacturing organisation in Mid-Wales is looking to appoint two HR Advisors to support its growing HR function. These are key hires within the team, offering a varied generalist role with exposure to complex employee relations matters, organisational change and stakeholder management.

Your New Role
As a HR Advisor, you'll work closely with operational managers and senior HR colleagues to provide proactive HR support across a large employee population.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing disciplinary, grievance and investigation processes.
• Providing expert advice on absence management and employee relations matters.
• Supporting managers with performance and capability issues.
• Assisting with learning and development initiatives.
• Coaching and guiding stakeholders on HR best practice.
• Supporting wider HR projects and continuous improvement activities.

What You'll Need to Succeed
We're keen to hear from HR professionals who can demonstrate:

• Previous experience within a generalist HR Advisor, HR Officer or equivalent role.
• Strong employee relations and case management experience.
• Confidence working with managers at all levels.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD would be advantageous.
• Manufacturing or operational environment experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
