Forward Role are partnering with a B2B business to recruit a Senior CRM Manager to lead a major transformation of its CRM and campaign marketing function.

With investment in HubSpot and huge scope to improve how the business engages its customers, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership, introduce best practice and make a real commercial impact.

The role:

• Own the CRM, lifecycle marketing and campaign strategy.
• Lead the move from transactional emails to targeted, personalised, multi-channel campaigns.
• Take ownership of HubSpot, developing automation, segmentation and customer journeys.
• Build a proactive campaign calendar across acquisition, retention, cross-sell and reactivation.
• Drive supplier and partner campaigns to support commercial growth.
• Manage and develop the CRM team.

What they're looking for:

• Strong B2B CRM and marketing automation experience.
• Advanced HubSpot expertise.
• Experience developing integrated campaigns and lifecycle journeys.
• A commercially minded marketer who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
• Someone who can challenge the status quo, bring fresh ideas and build best practice.
