An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Audit Assistant Manager to join the Not-for-Profit team of a Top 20 Accountancy Practice in Reading.

Working with organisations including charities, schools, academies, grant makers, membership organisations and professional bodies, you will play a key role in delivering audit assignments while working alongside experienced Partners, Directors and Managers.

The Role

• Oversee audit assignments from planning through to completion.
• Work with a broad range of Not-for-Profit organisations.
• Support, mentor and develop junior members of the audit team.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Deliver a high standard of client service.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider team.
• Contribute to developing innovative solutions and promoting best practice.

About You

• Previous external audit experience gained within a UK accountancy practice.
• Experience supervising, coaching or reviewing the work of junior team members.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• An interest in the Not-for-Profit sector.
• A collaborative approach to working with clients and colleagues.
• Committed to delivering high-quality work and service.
