An international law firm is looking for an experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager to join its high-performing team and support the growth of its Financial Institutions sector.

This is a broad, commercially focused role working closely with senior stakeholders, partners and client teams across an international network.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver marketing and business development initiatives aligned to the sector strategy and growth objectives.
• Lead high-profile pitches, tenders, proposals and client pursuits.
• Develop and manage sector campaigns, market intelligence and profile-raising activity.
• Support strategic client relationships, account planning and cross-selling opportunities.
• Plan and deliver client events, seminars, roundtables and other engagement activity.
• Produce business plans, reports and market insight for senior stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple practices and international offices.

About you

We're looking for a proactive, commercially minded business development professional with:

• Previous M&BD or client development experience, ideally within professional services.
• Strong project management, organisational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities.
• A collaborative, confident and solutions-focused approach.
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills.
• Financial Institutions or sector-focused experience would be advantageous.
