The Role As an HGV Class 1 Driver, your responsibilities will include: * Completing scheduled trunking runs between depots and customer hubs. * Carrying out trailer and cage movements. * Ensuring all movements are completed safely and efficiently. * Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects. * Completing all required driving and delivery paperwork. * Maintaining compliance with tachograph and drivers' hours regulations. * Following all relevant road safety and company procedures. Requirements To be considered for this position, you will need: * A valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence. * A valid Driver CPC qualification. * A valid Digital Tachograph Card. * No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only). * Previous Class 1 driving experience. * A reliable, professional and safety-conscious attitude.
