The Role

As Associate Director, you will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for managing and developing a diverse client portfolio while supporting the growth of the practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and growing a portfolio of SME, owner-managed business and corporate clients
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on commercial and financial matters
• Leading and developing managers and junior team members
• Identifying business development and cross-selling opportunities
• Supporting the Partners in driving strategic initiatives
• Ensuring the highest standards of client service and compliance
• Building long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders

About You

We are keen to speak with individuals who possess:

• ACA or ACCA qualification
• Significant experience within an accountancy practice environment
• Experience managing a substantial client portfolio
• Strong people leadership and mentoring skills
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
