We are working with an excellent company based in Walkden who are looking for a a Accounts Assistant to join their friendly and supportive finance team within a growing business.

Reporting to the Accounts Manager the Accounts Assistant will play a key role in supporting the daily finance function.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in sales and purchase ledger.

• Process daily financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable function
• Credit Control - Monitoring outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments
• Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve supplier queries
• Staff expenses posting
• Daily reconciliations
• Provided administrative support to the finance team as required
