Criminal Solicitor – Bootle

A new opportunity has arisen for a Criminal/Duty Solicitor to join a renowned Criminal Defence team committed to access to justice.

Your role will involve:

• Representing clients at police stations
• Managing a varied criminal defence caseload
• Undertaking advocacy in the Magistrates’ Court

You should be a qualified Solicitor with at least one year's PQE in criminal law and hold a Police Station Representative qualification.

Strong advocacy, communication and case management skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently, manage competing deadlines and remain calm under pressure. Criminal Litigation Accreditation is desirable but not essential.
