Job Title Temporary Cleaner

Salary £13 - £14.80 per hour

Role Overview Our clients are seeking reliable Temporary Cleaners to join their team. This is a flexible cleaning role suitable for candidates who can work to a schedule, deliver consistent quality, and maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing surfaces.
• Empty bins and replace liners.
• Replenish consumables (soap, paper towels, toilet paper) as required.
• Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or inventory shortages to the supervisor.
• Follow site-specific cleaning schedules and checklists.
• Adhere to health and safety and infection control standards, including use of cleaning chemicals and PPE.
• Work flexibly across different sites as required.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
• Ability to follow instructions and cleaning schedules.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high standard of cleanliness.
• Reliable and punctual with good time-management.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills for liaising with supervisors and site staff.
• Physically able to perform cleaning duties (standing, bending, lifting light equipment).

Working Hours and Location

• Temporary, flexible shifts (hours and specific sites will be confirmed at booking).
• Candidates should be available for variable assignments and able to travel to different client locations as required.
