Repairs Supervisor - Social Housing£31ph Umbrella PAYE / £25ph PAYE + Holiday Pay No CIS | Immediate Start We are looking for an experienced Repairs Supervisor to oversee a team of trade operatives delivering responsive and day-to-day repairs across social housing properties. This is a busy, hands-on role where your main priorities will be operative productivity, quality of workmanship and efficient completion of repairs.The Role Day-to-day supervision of trade operatives Managing responsive and day-to-day repair workloads Driving productivity and performance across the trade team Monitoring job completion and outstanding works Inspecting works and maintaining high quality standards Dealing with operational issues affecting repairs delivery Ensuring health & safety standards are followed Using IT systems to monitor jobs, workloads and performance Liaising with tenants and internal teams to ensure repairs are resolved effectivelyWhat We're Looking For Trade background essential supervisory experience within social housing maintenance, repairs or refurbishment Strong responsive repairs experience Proven experience supervising and driving the productivity of trade operatives Strong understanding of workmanship and quality standards IT literate Excellent organisational and communication skills Own vehicle essential Must be available to start within one weekIf you're an experienced social housing Repairs Supervisor who can hit the ground running and effectively manage both productivity and quality, we'd like to hear from you.
