Buildings Security Night Officer 📍 Bournemouth 🕒 Full Time | 36 Hours per Week 💷 £21,047.76 per annum Our client is seeking a Buildings Security Night Officer to join their housing and support service in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and vigilant individual looking to play a key role in maintaining the safety and security of residents, staff, and accommodation buildings during overnight hours. Working as part of a rota, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of hostel accommodation, self-contained flats, office spaces, and communal areas between 10:00pm and 7:00am. Key Responsibilities Carry out security checks across residential and communal areas. Monitor CCTV systems and respond appropriately to any concerns. Liaise effectively with day staff during shift handovers. Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and resident welfare concerns. Ensure compliance with health and safety, fire safety, COSHH, and first aid procedures. Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records where required. Provide support and assistance to colleagues and residents throughout the night
