Warehouse Operative – Forklift Licence Ideally Required Location: Chatham, Kent Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday Contract: Ongoing Temporary, with the opportunity to go Permanent (Temp to Perm) We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join an established company specialising in fire detection and emergency lighting products, based in Chatham, Kent. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent position. The Role: * Picking and packing customer orders accurately. * Loading and unloading deliveries. * Goods inwards and checking stock. * Moving and organising stock within the warehouse. * Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised. * Supporting the wider warehouse team with day-to-day duties. * Ensuring orders are prepared and dispatched on time. Requirements: * Previous warehouse experience preferred. * A valid forklift licence would be highly advantageous. * Good attention to detail and organisational skills. * Reliable, punctual and hardworking. * Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. * A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
