A leading specialist Private Client law firm is seeking an experienced Wills, Trusts & Tax Planning Lawyer to join its highly regarded Brighton-based team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Private Client lawyer to join a respected, award-winning practice known for delivering exceptional client service and building long-term trusted relationships. You'll work closely with senior leadership and be part of a supportive team dedicated to making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

The Role

You'll manage a varied Private Client caseload, advising individuals and families on:

• Wills and estate planning
• Lifetime and discretionary trusts
• Inheritance Tax and succession planning
• Estate administration matters
• Wealth preservation and asset protection
• Lasting Powers of Attorney and related planning

You will take ownership of matters from initial instruction through to completion, providing outstanding client care and technically excellent advice throughout.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or equivalent with 5+ years PQE in Private Client law
• Strong experience in Wills, Trusts and Tax Planning
• Excellent technical knowledge and client relationship skills
• Able to manage a caseload independently
• STEP qualification, or a desire to work towards STEP accreditation, would be advantageous
• A compassionate, client-focused approach and strong attention to detail
