An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales and Operations Assistant to join an iconic British heritage brand at a pivotal moment in its growth. Working alongside the Co-founders, you will see first hand how a fast growing business is built.

This is a role for someone proactive and commercially minded who is happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into every part of the business. No two days will be the same.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting the Co-founders day to day across sales, business development and commercial activity
• Coordinating international logistics and global shipments
• Finding smarter ways of working and helping to automate operational processes
• Managing inbound enquiries and keeping the sales pipeline moving
• Keeping Salesforce up to date and following up with customers and partners
• Spotting new business opportunities and partnerships
• Analysing sales and market data to help shape decisions
• Preparing proposals, presentations and reports
• Representing the brand at events and trade shows

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a degree and 1–2 years' experience in sales, operations, logistics or business development (strong internships count)
• Ideally have hands-on experience using Salesforce
• Be highly organised and enjoy juggling a varied workload
• Be proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the Co-founders and team
• Be a natural communicator who builds strong relationships quickly
• Have strong analytical skills and be confident working with data
• Have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Be curious, ambitious and keen to grow with the business
• Ideally speak French, Spanish or Italian
